a full service law firm located in the heart of Springboro and serving Southwest Ohio,
has purchased the law firm of Jennifer A. Coatney Co., L.P.A., effective April 1, 2009.
Jennifer A. Coatney is leaving private practice to accept a Magistrate position with the Warren County Juvenile Court.
Ms. Clouse was previously an Associate at Jennifer A. Coatney Co., L.P.A., having joined that firm in 2008.
She expanded on the firm's criminal and family law capabilities with an additional focus in business law, including
handling legal matters for small and mid-sized business as well as estate planning.
