Lauren L. Clouse

Ms. Clouse has experience in family, criminal, and business matters. She spent a year during law school with the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services and Warren County Prosecutor's office, managing teenagers' job needs and working with prosecutors respectively. Ms. Clouse then spent several years volunteering for various community legal education projects. More recently, she worked for a major Dayton business law firm. During that time, she worked on complex business transactions and litigation, including buy/sell and purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and labor and employment matters.

Ms. Clouse joined Jennifer A. Coatney Co., L.P.A. in 2008, after receiving her Juris Doctorate from University of Dayton School of Law. She then purchased Jennifer A. Coatney Co., L.P.A. in 2009 and is now President and Partner for Clouse Law Firm Co., L.P.A. She is active in the Springboro and greater Dayton community, including being active in the Warren County Bar. She has also volunteered for legal education and awareness projects in the community, teaching basic legal principles and specific legal needs such as Living Wills and Domestic Relations.
